Background: Menstrual Hygiene Management is the management of hygiene and health when women experience menstruation. UNICEF research results state that 46% young in Indonesia change sanitary napkins less than 2 times a day, whereas theory changing at least 3-4 hours day. Use for more 8 causes genital irritation itching which will have an impact on health. The purpose this study was to determine practice menstrual high schools Magelang.Methods: This conducted 5 public Magelang. method mixed methods design. explanatory by collecting quantitative data then qualitative data. population all school students Magelang City with total 267 respondents.Results: showed there relationship between peer support variable (p-value 0,000), role teacher 0.002), facilities 0.003) practicesConclusion: conclusions implications midwifery nursing practiceAll sections (p value 0.001) had most influence management.
